Our estimated shipping time is 3–10 business days, depending on the season and order volume. Each order is unique, and processing times may vary depending on the work required to prepare your pieces.

Please note that all estimated shipping and delivery times refer to standard business days only. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Utopia Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, you may file a claim directly with USPS.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order must be reshipped, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
