Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange or store credit.
We do not offer cash or card refunds. All approved returns are processed as store credit or exchange of pieces only. Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date it is issued.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
We will not process an exchange or store credit if:

The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
